On Monday, 6th of May, there will be a pre-tour night option at our Hotel in Santa Margherita, only 3 km by boat to Portofino additional fee of £250 (optional for regular tickets, included in *VIP package). You can arrive the night before and relax at the Grand Hotel Santa Margherita.

Tuesday, May 7, 2024 – DAY 1

From 12:00 – BOIR Check-in and Registration at the Grand Hotel Santa Margherita.
Enjoy the Italian Riviera and Grand Hotel in Santa Margherita, whether it is the simple pleasure of an al fresco drink on the terrace or by the pool.
19:00 Dinner in the restaurant.
21:30 Departure for the Port of Genoa, which is located 27 kilometers away and approximately a 35-minute drive.

Our first destination is the Port of Genoa, where we will arrive on Tuesday evening for a 20-hour luxurious overnight experience.

23:50 – A fast ferry with twin berth cabins equipped with en-suite facilities will depart for Palermo, with an estimated crossing time of approximately 20 hours.
Lunch will be served onboard in a private dining room.
Arrival in Palermo is expected at 20:00 on Wednesday, the 8th, followed by a one-hour drive covering 70 kilometers to reach the luxurious seafront hotel in Cefalù.

Wednesday, 8th May 2024 – Day 2

Arriving at the port of Palermo on Wednesday around 20:00.
Checking into a hotel in Cefalù, a charming small city that is home to a well-preserved Medieval cathedral, an old town packed with restaurants, a stunning beach, and more.
Discover the local culture, relax at the hotel, beach, or pool.
Visit the Norman Cathedral with its magnificent 13th-century mosaics above the altar.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Thursday, May 9th, 2024 – Day 3

Enjoy a scenic morning drive to Piazza Amerina – a UNESCO World Heritage site that holds centuries of history within its walls. Explore the Roman villa and learn about its fascinating past.

Next, brace yourself for a trip into the world of motorsport legends at the Targa Florio Museo. Discover the thrilling legacy of this iconic race and immerse yourself in the stories of the brave racers who conquered its challenging terrain.

But the excitement doesn’t end there! Get ready to channel your inner race car driver as we take you to the famous Motor Circuito Di Pergusa. Friday, May 10th, 2024 – Day 4

On Friday, we will embark on Day 4 of our journey. Prepare for an unforgettable day of exploration! We will start by visiting the awe-inspiring Valley of the Temples, an archaeological marvel that boasts some of the most significant Greek temples in the world, all of which are proudly recognized by UNESCO. As you stroll through these ancient wonders, you will be transported back in time to a bygone era of grandeur and mystique.

Our next stop promises to be equally captivating. We will venture into the world of renowned playwright and philosopher Luigi Pirandello as we step into his former home, now transformed into an enchanting museum dedicated to his life and works. Dive into the depths of his creative mind and uncover the inspirations behind his timeless masterpieces.

Afterwards, we will embark on a picturesque 135-kilometer drive to the charming coastal town of Marsala, where we will visit the Marsala wine cantina and experience 2000 years of history with a wine-tasting tour. Upon arrival, you will check into your comfortable hotel, where a delightful dinner awaits, tantalising your taste buds with the flavors of this enchanting region. Get ready for a day filled with history, culture, and culinary delights!

Saturday, May 11th, 2024 – Day 5

On Saturday, the day begins with a scenic drive back to Palermo, navigating through the picturesque mountain roads. Guests will enjoy a delightful lunch in Palermo. Subsequently, there will be ample free time for guests to explore the remarkable Norman Palace and Teatro Massimo, renowned for its association with the iconic assassination scene in “The Godfather III.” In the evening, a sumptuous dinner will be served in Palermo. Following dinner, a brief drive will take guests to the Ferry Terminal where the departure for Genoa is scheduled for 23:00.
